Financial Responsibility Rooted in Christian Principles

Sowers Fund leverages our partnership with local churches in many under-developed nations who help with selecting eligible applicants.

Each applicant goes through a qualification process. Upon approval, the applicant is required to complete a financial responsibility seminar provided by local field representatives. Each applicant is trained in basic business skills, financial literacy and planning, and bookkeeping. Field representatives also visit beneficiaries to monitor and provide business mentoring, encouragement and ongoing training.

Working with partner churches and local field representatives provides Sowers Fund a great platform to optimise administration and training costs. This ensures that our beneficiaries receive over 90% of all donations.

DONORS GIVE

Your donation goes towards the purchase of tools and supplies to help the beneficiary to either start a business or pursue vocational training.

TRAINING PROVIDED

Sowers Fund provides Christian-based training on basic financial principles. We also require each recipient to send us quarterly reports on their business venture or course progress.

INCOME EARNED

As the beneficiary continues to run their business, they are able to earn a steady income, beginning their journey towards self-sufficiency and financial independence.

COMMUNITIES BLESSED

With the blessings they have received, beneficiaries are not only able to help their own families but also to help others within their local communities.
